I'm Collet McKenzie, MBA, founder of Her Legacy Solutions and a Podcast Strategist and Manager helping service-based business owners turn their podcasts into a meaningful part of their business strategy.
My experience goes well beyond podcasting. With an MBA in Global Management and a professional background spanning real estate, healthcare, technology, SaaS, and marketing, I've spent years improving processes, managing client relationships, training international teams, and leading systems migration and testing projects.
That experience shapes how I approach podcasting today. I understand that a successful podcast takes more than great conversations and consistent episodes. It requires thoughtful strategy, reliable systems, organized workflows, and a clear understanding of how the podcast supports the business behind it.

Growing up, my siblings and I were separated from our mother while she traveled for work. Even after we were reunited, she often worked two, sometimes three jobs just to make ends meet.
